Teaching Experience
I enjoy fostering a lively classroom environment where active participation, hands-on problem solving, and tactile activities play a central role. In several classes, I incorporate a specifications-based grading system, which encourages students to adopt a growth-mindset. My students are encouraged to make mistakes, especially in class where we can learn from them!
